Excellent service from Nicola today. We knew where and when we wanted to go so that made a big difference. Nicolas very helpful and all staff were friendly. Always book through them.

I bought £250 of Turkish lira in March for a holiday in April after being told they would buy back any unused lira commission free. After the holiday I tried to return my lira. The first time the computers were down, the second time they had no sterling in stock. The third time I was informed that the commission free period had expired as it only lasted a month. This had not been explained when I bought my lira as I was not travelling until the following month. The manager showed me that it was in the small print in my purchase slip. No leeway or help given. If it had been read out to me that there was a month expiry I would definitely not have purchased them as it would clearly not have made sense to do so.

As always very professional and friendly. Caroline clearly laid out the details of my proposed holiday and and advised on various pros and cons to look out for.
