Moonglu

Neil and Ben are so passionate about everything cycling. This is a great shop offering a wide range of services to competitive cyclists and beginners alike. Neil put together a great gravel bike framed solution for road use for my wife which has brought us great enjoyment over the last two years. I use them exclusively for all things cycling.

This was my third time ordering wheels from Moonglu and once again I am super happy with the service. Neil made a set of wheels to my own spec and they are superb (and excellent value). His wheels have always served me well - very reliable and well made. Highly recommended.

Rode 45 miles in the Dales on a fractured cassette. Saw Moonglu passing through Ripon...and had a new cassette installed and was on my way within 20 minutes. Thanks guys-really great service and saved my legs from further torture!

Had a spoke snap 35 into a ride earlier today that caused a hairy wobble on the front. Gave Moonglu a call to see if they had a spare wheel to get me back home to Leeds. On arrival, one of the chaps found a flat spoke, laced it and trued the wheel in a few mins, only charging me for the spoke. In a world where you have to speak to nn robots / people to get an appointment six months in the future, this was old school LBS service. Really appreciated it and would happily spin some trade their way in the future. Cheers Moonglu!
