Visited the Ripon branch to buy a sweater for my husband.We had bought one last year which has been brilliant. Helen served us and managed to find a suitable one in the sales stock .Brilliant!!Nothing was too much trouble and she was pleasant polite and had a great sense of humour
Visited the Ripon branch today and was served by Katie, I only bought a pair of earrings but she was really helpful, discussed my purchases, and we discussed offers, not pushy, helpful, friendly and just genuine good service. Really pleasant shopping experience.
