I live next door to wh smith I n ripon. My bedroom is next to... their office their computer has been bussing all night. Typical of wh smith no consideration for anyone, we have had there alarm going all night many times. Not a place to shop in Ripon.
Not the biggest of WHSmith shops but has a decent choice of the usual none-the-less. Conveniently situated in the centre of Ripon close to parking. Staff appeared friendly and polite.
Grubby, overpriced, no-one behind the counter and when the assistant eventually arrived all she said was "there's self service". What's the point of W H Smith?
I find Smith's very poor & difficult in their magazine display, often latest mags not available & messy shelves,
Mystified how Smith's keeps going. It does everything slightly worse and more expensively than shops a stone's throw away. Avoid it. Go to The Works or order from Amazon.
