Booths is a family owned and operated independent supermarket with 29 stores across Lancashire, Yorkshire, Cumbria, Cheshire and Greater Manchester.

Our founder’s philosophy was simple: to sell the best available goods in attractive stores staffed with first class assistants. And we stay true to that today.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our food and drink and we are passionate about giving customers a taste of our region. We develop strong relationships with the best local suppliers, which means at Booths you can buy food which is made in Yorkshire using time honoured traditions.

We won’t take products until they are at their best for the table and food produced with such care deserves great cooking.

Our skilled and knowledgeable assistants know their stuff, so if you need help choosing the perfect ingredient, you only need to ask. Our staff know our products intimately, so they can advise the right wine to go with a meal, suggest a new cut of meat for you to try, or recommend a selection of cheeses and deli items for the perfect artisanal lunch.
