I just want to say a big thank you to Charlotte at the pet shop for being so helpful and kind. Every time I visit, she goes out of her way to assist, whether it’s helping me find the right products or offering great advice about pet care. She’s knowledgeable, approachable, and always has a smile on her face – it really makes a difference. It’s clear she genuinely cares about both the pets and the customers, which makes the whole experience so much better. Thanks again, Charlotte! You’ve made shopping for my pet a lot easier and more enjoyable.
Amazing staff who take the time to get to know your pet so they are able to offer their expertise when questions arise. Thanks to the whole team who make it a pleasure to shop there.
Our local Pets Corner in Ripon is absolutely amazing, the store is always very clean, the staff are so helpful & friendly. Nothing is ever too much bother for them, always welcomed with a smile & if advice is needed they have the answers. Absolutely the best. We have been attending the puppy hour until our puppy was too old & had the best puppy socialisation, when we go in even now Pixie knows the staff & is keen to great them on entering the store! We've had to exchange a couple of items which had been easy to do & I love the fact that things we no longer need get donated to local dogs charity - makes it worthwhile to take in things Pixie can't use give other less fortunate dogs some help 🐶🥰
I love visiting pets corner in Ripon. The staff are very friendly especially Hollie the manager.. both her and the team are fab with great knowledge! Great products and variety.
Always helpful, no question is seen as stupid, the staff in here have been total stars as we have got to grips with dog ownership!
