Loved the pet shop! We visited with our dog Wilson whilst on holiday. Really friendly owner and lovely dog Cooper 🥰🐾
Paula and Jane went above and beyond to help me with my senior Labrador who was struggling to keep her normal pet food down. Paula is so knowledgeable about the different foods available and since switching to Burns Sensitive, my Labrador hasn't looked back. Jane kindly delivered the food as a priority, as I was unable to collect it. It's rare to come across such personal service and I can't thank Paula and Jane enough for their kindness. It was such a relief to see my dog so improved as a result of their help.
I live in Harrogate & I still choose this pet shop in Ripon. I am only ever met with the upmost help & cheerful professionalism. I just ring the shop up & then whatever we order is delivered to our door. My dogs love the delivery service, especially as it always comes with a treat if we are at home ! I have been a customer here for quite sometime now & can only thank Jane & her staff for being consistently great with good value prices & wonderful customer care. Thank you for the deliveries !!
