Went into the shop today as my phone had been playing up. Hayden checked it for viruses and found nothing and gave his best guess that there was a problem with the screen and recommended replacement. Very friendly and didn’t charge, a nice change, thanks Hayden.
Two lovely lads, nothing is too much trouble. Endless patience for us "technically challenged customers! Excellent service with a smile!

Lovely guys. Honest, kind and don't rip you off. I'd taken my phone to another local shop to ask about what I thought was a crack to my camera and they wanted to charge me £45 to take it away and repair it overnight. I took it to Fonehouse and the gentleman told me I had a good protector on my camera (removed it for me for free) and showed me my camera was fine, and didn't charge me anything for the help. Really nice to have honesty, transparency and help from people who do a good job. Thank you for your help guys
Two really nice, honest, pleasant guys, very knowledgeable and helpful. Sorted out a few problems I was having with my phone, nothing was too much bother. Would definitely recommend.
