Recently bought 2 pairs of Reiker trainers in the sale. So comfy. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Avoid, avoid , avoid. You cannot get a refund even if you change your mind in less than a day, even if they are with labels on. I purchased a pair of shoes and decided against them but when I took them back they wouldn't give me a refund. They said a credit note only. So unless you are 1000 percent sure you want them I wouldn't buy. They should let you know the refund policy when buying. However the service despite the terrible refund policy was very good. I would go to a larger store where the refund policy is fair and they look after their customers.
