We bought a dishwasher from Craggs in December 2025. They were extremely helpful and efficient, and we think that having a local supplier rather than a national chain is a much better solution for sorting our needs. We would recommend Craggs without reservation. Thank you!

My old washing machine failed (and leaked/flooded) on Sunday - 3 days before overseas family members were due to stay. After the initial panic of thinking we would have to find accommodation, I remembered Craggs reputation. Crisis averted; a check on their website to choose a model, and a phone call Monday morning to the excellent team has resulted in a new machine delivered (up some steep stairs, through a tight space), installed, and old one taken away by 15:30 Tuesday afternoon. Excellent service, delivery/installation team friendly and helpful. Highly recommended 👌

American fridge freezer died so needed a replacement urgently. G Craggs were able to remove the old american fridge freezer and deliver a new one the next day. Very easy and efficient service for a better price to online suppliers. Delivery men had to navigate awkward spaces and stairs and managed amazingly.

Great service, I needed a washing machine, wanted advice before buying, staff really helpful. Bought it, delivered and installed on the same day. Andy and Chris did a great job so thankyou to everyone at Craggs! Shopping locally makes all the difference!

Our experience in shopping at Craggs has been excellent. Since moving into our static caravan as a seasonal visitor Craggs have supplied us with many items over the last 8 years. The staff knowledge is great on all items. They are friendly, helpful & courteous everytime we have visited. It’s great to have a family run business in the locality. Pat K
