Great place to moor up. Easy Walking distance of Ripon City with shops closer at bond end below the cathedral. A quiet setting far enough from the main road and slightly below it so very little road noise day and night.

Lovely place to walk down the canal pass the marina and water craft to the end or into the city of Ripon again by the canal.and its basin Ripon is a great place to stroll around with its cathedral and the market place shops. Plus much more. And studley royal not far away
