Always a pleasure coming here — the atmosphere is relaxed, friendly and really welcoming. The staff are consistently kind and make you feel looked after without ever being overbearing. It’s just a genuinely nice place to spend an evening. The drinks are great, the space is cosy, and there’s always a good vibe whenever I visit. And the Thursday quiz is a really fun extra touch — always well put together and a brilliant midweek highlight. Highly recommend popping in if you’re nearby.
Called as I've been told its a real quirky little gem, and it didn't disappoint. Great range of every drinks imaginable and 4 great cask beers. Each direction there's something different to look at, superb atmosphere and very welcoming. Love all the sofas, fireside chairs, and tub chairs, it's a wonderful relaxing place. Well worth the visit.

Unreal pint of salt de mare. The best experience of the evening was the Jaffa cake smell in the men’s. Little details make mint boozers, defo coming back
Fantastic place to drink and chat, lovely cakes (especially the cheese cakes) and the hot drinks are really nice. The staff are so friendly and welcoming. very chilled atmosphere. Love coming in on an afternoon for a quick drink before the school run
