⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The Three Cranes is an absolute gem and proof that Rotherham has some truly brilliant places if you know where to look. Such a welcoming, friendly pub with genuinely lovely staff who make you feel at home straight away. There’s a great selection of beers at really good prices, and the atmosphere is relaxed, warm and full of character. You can tell a lot of care has gone into creating this place — they should be so proud of what they’ve built. A real credit to Rotherham and somewhere I’ll happily keep coming back to. Highly recommend!
Easily the best pub in Rotherham, with tea and coffee as well as craft beer. Welcoming, friendly folk who work there, providing a space for all types of people. With plenty board games to choose from, you’ll never run out of fun in this haunted old building. More towns and cities could do with a space this hospitable, encouraging and diverse.
My favourite pub in Rotherham by miles. The vibes are always immaculate. The landlady, landlord and staff always give me, my partner and our dog the loveliest welcome. There’s always a brilliant choice of beers on too.
Update: as promised we returned yesterday to find this pub still going strong. Yet another warm welcome and it seems the venue is going from strength to strength. No danger of us not visiting when we are in Rotherham 🙂 Visited yesterday before and after the match. Wasn’t sure if we would be allowed in as away fans but we were made to feel very welcome. Love the design and decor of the pub, some fantastic drink choices and had Jubel on which is one of my favourites. It was so good we spent another 2 hours in there after the match and almost missed the train. Will be back next season for sure 👍
The vibes at this place are impeccable! I’ve been coming to this place regularly since the new owners have took over and they have all really worked their magic! The place is clean, decorated beautifully and all the staff are so lovely! I honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough, my favourite little pub! Great selection of drinks even non alcoholic and the cocktails and mocktails are delicious! Definitely worth a visit! 🩷
