So both myself and my dad have been here before, thought their loaded chips were quite nice and decided to come again today expecting them to be just as nice as the first time. We were unfortunately massively wrong. Arrived home to sit down for them as we don’t live far, the chips were awful, it tasted as though they’d been pre-cooked and put back into the fryer or just left in the fryer for too long as they were all over cooked and extremely hard. The toppings were fine but because of the chips it spoiled it so we decided to go back and ask for a new batch to be made if possible(politely). For the lady at the desk to not look very impressed and practically snatch the food away and without a word took them back to the kitchen where she’d asked for another to be made to her co-worker and then moments later be given another and again without a word said Not an apology or I hope you enjoy this one no nothing. Quite disappointing.
Good food but not enough space to sit in and eat .
Just had the best Hot Pork sandwich (large) ive ever had. Everything was perfect. Used this cafe a few times when in area and allway been good. Nice coffee too. Cheers.
Truly the greasiest of spoons. Standing still for 30 seconds sticks you to the floor, the ceiling is falling in and just generally grubby. If you like cheap and cheerful tho - sorry to disappoint, it's neither.
The best little sandwich shop about I love taking a detour and going he always cooked to perfection
