We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! Our waiter, Jang, was really nice and welcoming - he went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and kept the children happy throughout the meal. The food was superb, the atmosphere was lovely, and all the other staff were helpful and friendly as well. Well definitely be coming back!
Absolutely fantastic service from the guys at Akbars rotherham, I often travel for work and was driving past near closing time, I decided to try my luck, the owner/manager Robnawaz was absolutely fantastic and allowed me to eat a full meal inside, even though there were no customers and he could have rejected me which would have been understandable. Completely unrivalled customer service! Amazing food, the lamb chops are to die for, the king prawn karahi was delicious, garlic naan was perfectly cooked. Husnain and Faris provided amazing customer service and was instrumental in making sure I had a good experience, nothing was too much to ask for and any requests were sorted instantly (-rather than the typical waiters who float from table to table and forget what you wanted and you have to request again 10mins later) everyone was absolutely amazing, and I appreciate the food, and the amazing customer service experience. The decor is second to none, with ample parking at the venue. If I could score 6 stars all around I would! Simply brilliant.

Today a friend and I went to Akbars in Rotherham. The king of Curry. From the minute we got there we treated with excellent service by our lovely waiter Abbas and the whole team. The food was excellent. We shared a starter of lamb chops after which we both agreed we would come back as they were too delicious to share. All of the courses were delicious and there is an incerdible range on the menu. The ambience is wonderful and lovely to see such a great mix of people enjoying their food. We cannot recommend this place too highly. The bill was a surprise too as it was no where near what we have paid in other restaurants for far less quality. We will be back
Food is absolutely spot on, tasty, nice portion sizes and the staff are generally friendly and helpful. Only complaint is the background music is either too loud or none existent so can lack atmosphere. Apart from that would defo come back! :)
