Kebabish Original Rotherham

Really good traditional Pakistani food. The flavours were authentic, the spices were just right, and everything tasted fresh. Great service too — definitely worth trying if you like proper Pakistani dishes

The restaurant appears somewhat run down, with an outdated interior, worn tables, and walls that could benefit from a thorough clean. The seating area had not been properly maintained, as there were small remnants of food and crumbs left behind by previous customers. The food itself is the redeeming feature of this establishment. It is fairly enjoyable, with good flavour and spice, and the overall quality was decent. However, the portion sizes were relatively small and did not feel particularly generous. Customer service was average. The waiter had difficulty understanding English, and I had to communicate in another language, which he did understand. In addition, the pricing seems to be edging towards being overpriced for what is offered.

Love their seekh kebab, a little spicer than a lot of places but adds to the flavour, helped by the raita and salad. The peri peri chicken is amazing and great value. Only ever ordered one curry from there before and my partners only complaint was too much chicken...personally, there's no such thing as too much chicken.

The food was excellent we decided to have a takeaway but I did collect it the food was ready for me to collect it was hot with all the different spices good job .

I have eaten from here loads, normally from the grill, which is always good. Today I ordered the nihari, which I wasn’t expecting much as it’s a dish that takes ours to cook properly, the meat fell off the bone, was cooked and spiced perfectly, would have liked it slightly thicker, but that’s preference. Will be my go too from now on
