Customer service on point lad at the front who served us was very polite . The pizza it self was delicious.
We ordered a BBQ pizza, but it was a huge disappointment. The pizza had a thin, almost stale bread base, smothered in tasteless sauce with just 3-4 tiny pieces of chicken. The quality was so poor that I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. To make matters worse, when we went to complain, the staff was extremely rude. They told us to throw it outside because they wouldn’t take it back. Terrible experience!
Order in just eat and is the worst food I have ever eaten it’s disgusting I wouldn’t even feed it to a stray dog
I placed a order for delivery for them to send a delivery out as I ordered the pizza deal 2 with the pizza freezing the kebab hard on all edges and curled up, garlic bread soggy to point you may as well just have warmed it up and the chips that are basically not even cooked raw as anything to point the potato inside the chips are solid. For them to turn around and say well our customers like there chips like that? How can people eat there chips with the potato inside raw and solid still. Then tries to say it’s because they are rushed off there feet first time when I complained for another fresh portion to be cooked not raw for them to come worse second time to another story to be said to me about customers have there chips like that. First time of ordering as well and what a bad first time of trying the takeaway.
Ordered 2 pizza from here - 1 was delicious, the other had a hair in it Ordered from just eat but rather than involving them I called the restaurant direct, was told they didn’t know how it’s have gotten in there and asked what we wanted them to do - said was happy with 1 but would like the one with hair refunding, we were asked how we could be sure it hadn’t come from us (I have very long hair, my hubby is grey) the hair was about 1.5 inches and very dark, we were asked how many pieces we’d eaten and told them only 2 of 12, both with hair and they were welcome to collect. We were told we could have another pizza delivered only but no refund - we were happy to have the pizza collected but didn’t want another one as my hubby is now well and truly put off eating - square pizza said we couldn’t have this so have instead reported to just eat Accidents happen but the handling of this was very poor
