Burgers are good but fries are mix fresh fries with old burn oily fires I ask manager for that and they say can’t do nothing that was not nice
First time in an Urban Burger and we are really impressed. The staff are friendly, we’re very accommodating for my mums food allergy. The burger was amazing, and really good value. Also liked the music 😊. Very impressed.
A five guys by another name would smell as sweet... this place is really good, burgers are decent, fries great, the shake was amazing and the halloumi fries were also really good. If you've been to five guys it's like that but with better shakes and fries!
Really yum burger .. pretty much identical in quality and style five guys but easier on the wallet . I had a cheese burger with salad ,onions, mayo and ketchup and it was really yummy. Opted for a large fries not knowing what to expect and they was loads. Next time I will go with small xD They do a good choice of beef,chicken or veggie burgers and just add what ever toppings you want ... The shakes sounded good but didn't get to try as my meal was very filling
Me and a friend dropped in on Saturday and I was really impressed. I don't write many reviews but we had a good time there. One of the staff called Jess helped me get the rewards app which I didn't even know was a thing, so really happy. Good atmosphere - staff were all smiles. Food is always great at Urban but gotta tip my hat to the salad - cool and fresh just what we needed in 30 degree heat. My new go-to store. Highly recommend.
