We booked a table online, and got there 10mins earlier. We received a table near the entrance. At first it was ok, but then it got cold. The food was nice, but the restaurant happened to be very busy on our first visit. We received our starters 45mins after we'd placed the order, and the mains 1h10mins after we'd placed the order. The staff had apologised multiple times, which was nice. Overall a pleasant experience.
Ordered from the resteraunt for delivery last week, had a few issues with the curries so contacted the resteraunt whom sincerely apologised and very kindly offered to replace the order. When spoken with the resteraunt in regards to replacement a few days later they processed the order with no issues and the food came on Time with no delays. All the food was beautiful and cooked to an high standard, customer service is in impeccable and delivery driver very friendly when met at the door. Such lovely polite staff that went above and beyond when an issue arose without any further problems. Definitely recommend and will be ordering again 👌 Thank you!
What a great night, the staff are friendly and welcoming. The food was amazing large portions, freshly cooked and very hot. The atmosphere was very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely recommend this restaurant, keep up the good work folks and we will see you again soon.
As a family we have been ordering from Zaras for over 3 years, there food has always been amazing, takeaway and also in restaurant. There atmosphere has always been very welcoming and cheerful when being in the restaurant. They have never been late and if have been they have been very apologetic. They have also been kind and generous with there portions of food. Never been able to find another place that beated it. 😊
Had some good nights here and the food is lovely- hence the 3 starts, although unfortunately didn’t have a great experience on Saturday night when I came for my birthday. The popadoms alone took over 45 minutes to come, in which we had to ask for them 3 times, and the main meal took over 1.5 hours to come, and by this time the hunger had passed. Wouldn’t have minded if there was an apology or explanation, but there wasn’t. I recommend coming on a week night only, then you might get more looked after.
