Charlies Pizza

Ordered with just eat. Good delivery time, hot food for good value nothing special but does scratch and pizza itch if you have one. Landed 15 quid so can't really complain

Asked for a number wings, we'be been told they have them, a couple of minutes before we picked up the order they decided they don't have it and then we got overcharded. We paid 20, got a receipt for 19.60, when we got refund they refunded calculatin on the 19.60. Ok, getting messed about 60 cents it's not a big deal plus being wrongly chwrged on the wings. My amazing surprize is when I got home and a portion of chips was not there so there we have, being messed about, they don't know how to apreciate customers, obv. having a stock issue and honeatly I still wonder how they counded wrong 25 pcs when they put them in the oven. In total they messed about around £4. But hei, it's fine. Just don't buy from them without actually checking the order, don't pay before they provide.

I ordered a large special kebab on Wednesday 19th July 2017. Via just eat It was confirmed that my order would arrive by midnight. I phoned the restaurant and was informed that the driver was leaving the restaurant in 2 minutes. At 00:40 hrs I've still got no food. This is disrespectful as I've ordered for them loads of time

Appalling customer service. Ordered burgers and was given an hour for deliver.. That came and went an hour and half later phone up to see where our order was. manager said driver was stuck in traffic .. the place is 7 min away from me and at 8.30pm there was no traffic to speak off. when asked if we could have a discount as a result of the lateness manager got very aggressive and hung up. when we called back to ask for a refund as we felt his behaviour was unacceptable and the food had still not arrived he then hung up on us again.. the food eventually turned up and the driver confirmed to us that our food was only ready 5 minutes ago and he'd had no issue getting to us.. we took the food but this was tasteless and macdonald could have done better which is a joke. and some of the order was missing. Frankly i would avoid this place

I ordered my food at 21.42 tonight and was told 45mins to 1hr and it's now 23.30 and only just came. What makes it worse is that I usually order from there and enjoy but the driver dint know we're he was going even after he rang me for directions and had me wait at the bottom only for him to ring again cause he took a wrong turn so I then had to walk to him. He dint even get out of his car to pass me my order and tipped the pizzas on there side to pass them out of the window and the worse thing of all is the polystyrene cartons are melted and the food is cold I'm really not happy now
