We ordered the chicken tikka potato and it was delicious! Highly recommend this, and the service was amazing and very nice! Definitely would be going again!
Decent jacket potatoes, I got the chicken tikka one (they also do chicken curry and chicken kebab), tasted solid, and they had garlic butter too which was a plus! ladies who served were very lovely. Around 4.50 for a jacket with meat, sround 6 quid as a meal, if the price was a bit cheaper I think business would boon but still not bad.
Ordered from here through uber eats. All I ordered was a chicken burger, portion of chips and a can of Pepsi max… pretty simple no? The chips and burger were cold, the lettuce on the burger wasn’t fresh (brown) and my can was nowhere to be seen. Not only this, I had a problem with the delivery too (the uber driver was doing circles of Clifton and my food arrived 50 minutes after leaving the shop). I’m aware that once it leaves the shop it is out of their hands however that doesn’t mean your customer service left the shop with it. The man on the phone said he was going to contact the driver to find out why my order hadn’t been delivered yet (didn’t bother as I asked the driver) and blamed the brown lettuce and missing can on the fact they were ‘busy’… SORRY WHAT? God forbid what big orders arrive like if this is the result of ordering 3 things. Not usually one to complain but you’re left with no choice when the people running the place have no customer service. Ordered from here before and the food quality wasn’t on par then… here’s your sign that it’s not just a ‘one off’😂 Don’t recommend
Ordered twice in a week and both orders were wrong. Customer service is poor. Uncle said what do u want me to do? Bring u chilli con carne to you? I think they need someone else on the phones who can take an order properly.
