Just finished my food and can say I absolutely loved it. Salad on burger was gorgeous. And the lovely lady delivery driver was sooo nice. A credit to Ellie’s. I don’t think she’s paid enough 😌
Used to frequent a few years back but the prices have become crazy (although checking the new site some of the prices are a bit better than in recent times), not sure if ownership has changed at some point, but the whole place just isn't what it was even 4-5 years ago. I used to love the cheese garlic bread and it was such a good deal! Now I just sigh when I walk or go by in the car.
Regular customer WAS!!! Only ordered two kebabs today,can’t even get that order correct. No chilli on the kebab(oh dry as sticks)all in bin, rang up and was asked “what do you want me to do about it”, to me that’s rude service and no loyalty to the customer. Sometimes a sorry may help…. To top it off he then hung up on me.👏👏👏 Don’t deserve any custom from all of the Rotherham people. Stick together Rotherham!!!! AND PLEASE EVERYONE AVOID THIS PLACE NOT WORTH YOU WAISTING YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON(go elsewhere)
I've always loved Ellies food. We decided to order yesterday and noticed the menu has been switched up. On receiving the food , I cant believe its even better than before. My son loved his chicken kebab with fresh salad and chips. The prices are really affordable especially when ordering for a family. It was fast to arrive too. Nice one Ellies 👍
Food came wrong and cold when ordered on the phone, then spoke to a gentleman with a very poor attitude on the phone. Calling me a liar then saying thats "just how it is". Very regular customers won't be coming back.
