ordered the bombay twister wrap. the chicken tenders inside this wrap were like the frozen ones you can get. the naan bread was nice, a bit on the harder side though, the flavours combined were all nice. i would probably not buy it again

Milkcake or Cancer? Palm oil, Cream substitute and rapeseed oil, all in one overpriced dessert, made to be preserved on display, not for humans. Tea and coffee, powdered out all the goodness and real flavour. Music in the store from 2010's royalty free YouTube repeating every few minutes. This is a franchise lacking passion, made for maximum profit, flashy headlines and minimal customer satisfaction. Go to a real family owned chai or local spot for real food.

What you’re about to see is vile! This is me having picked out more than 20 hairs from my chaiiwala butter chicken rice bowl, or at least what I thought were hairs. After returning for a refund, quite livid I must say, The worker behind the till said that it can’t be hair because the chefs haven’t got grey/white hair… which was followed up by a comment about the bowls shedding plastic into the food! This is cancer material and for the bowls to be shedding this much I’m surprised they haven’t had a lawsuit. Whether they lied about it being Blair or not this is diabolical so I certainly won’t be returning. I would steer clear for your own health and safety. Chaiiwala, sort this out or you’ll lose more customers.

in the past 3 days i came here twice, first time with 4 adults and two kids. we placed a large order during the afternoon. second time 4 ladies in the evening. the karak and pink chai absolutely tasty and nice, the limbu paani also, tried the desserts gulab jamun tasty. samosa chaat also good. portions are a bit small for the price. packing is done nicely. the girl at the counter who recognised me yesterday, she is good. hard worker, i will come back to this particular chaiwalla, when ever i visit the UK again ❤️ they are a bit understaffed, so when there is a large order or also drive-thru orders, it gets a bit busy. first time in the afternoon we experience a new member of staff who made some mistakes with the receipt and pricing, how ever last night, experienced staff, good service, quick to serve us, no mistakes. was good and that girl at the counter made my day by just being polite! seating available, fair amount of seats. was good. good parking space. i liked the interior of the chaiwalla. there are toilets but i had not used them, so cant say it was clean. i can recommend this place and i will visit again.

I've visited this store many times and always enjoyed the experience. The Karak Chai and Butter Chicken Roll are absolutely delicious—comforting and full of flavor. On my recent visit, I placed the order over the phone, and Jamshaid, one of the staff members, confirmed it promptly. We requested the food to be made fresh and served piping hot, and they delivered exactly that. Jamshaid welcomed us with a friendly gesture and excellent service. Highly recommend this place for anyone craving authentic flavors and warm hospitality!
