The Role You'll spend your time: Meeting business leaders and HR professionals. Developing new client relationships. Growing existing accounts. Winning exclusive and retained recruitment assignments. Identifying commercial opportunities within your network. Becoming a trusted adviser rather than just another recruiter. What We're Looking For You'll probably enjoy: Building genuine business relationships. Getting out to see clients. Networking and opening conversations. Thinking commercially. Taking ownership of your own market. Recruitment experience would be an advantage, but we would also welcome applications from people with strong business development or account management backgrounds.
