Disgusting company. Fined me for insufficient time yet I had 57 mins left. The made excuse of imperfect numbers on ticket - it was dark and still fined me. Shambles
Received a fine 22days late of the issue date and they expect a payment of £100 rather than the reduced £60. Response from this company is shocking and extremely late. No phone number to contact only email. Disgraceful customer service. Seen a lot of bad reviews since in regards to this car park. Will certainly never use again nor would I recommend.
Over stayed at this car park by 1 minute and 33 seconds and received a fine I have parked here alot over the last couple of years but never again.
Don't drive or own a car but if I did would park here close to college so + rep
