Avoid avoid avoid. Just park double booked us! Drove 2 hours to York, to a parking space booked 5 months in advance for an event we were attending. On arrival no parking space avail, and no relocation option, so advisor cancelled parking. Left to drive around city centre for 1 hour desperately trying to find alt parking to no avail, due to said event (it was busier than xmas!). Had to return home, weekend ruined, a £300 hotel cancellation fee case to argue. Totally disgusted with this company and there lack of concern. Wedding Anniversary weekend ruined!
There's no parking. The host hasn't responded. And they don't want to refund you. Please note.
