their cash in machine don't work properly. we went in and were told to use the machine to deposit cash, it got stuck. we were told to leave contact details and that money will be in next morning, still no money and no contact so we will now have to go back in to branch to find out about it.

Closed for refurbishment! Nearest branch Sheffield or Barnsley. So much for access to disabled and elderly...at least have the machines outside working! Disgraceful.

I have a business account here. Our business needs £1 coins. The first time I came to pick up the coins, they said we didn’t have coins. I gave my business account. I also said that you don’t want to go in, and then the staff went in to get them £500 for a bag. The second time I came, I got it very smoothly. The third time I came to get coins, there was only one staff member at the counter, Meris, who was very nice. I told her that I wanted £1 coins, and she said that there were no coins and told me to go to the post office to get coins. I was a little disappointed. I don’t believe that a bank has no coins.

We had to use this branch on Saturday 23 April due to the one in Meadow hall no longer being there. Although it was annoying to have to travel to Rotherham the experience we had was worth the effort Marie at the cash desk was extremely helpful and went out of her way to help us Fantastic service from Marie.

Changing banks, I've been with these years but over the 8 months it's just gone down hill. All you do is wait and wait all the time. You make enough money ffs get more staff in that can deal with the customers
