Fantastic service. I was served by Kirsty who is an asset to the bank. Her positivity has definitely put my trust in the bank. She was quick efficient and really friendly.

I totally agree with a lady called Angie who wrote a review regarding the Virgin banking app...it's as if the staff don't want to work there! I myself DO NOT trust technology, what happens if your phone no longer works? or you cannot access your details? Speaking to an actual person should be a given especially when it involves your finances. I myself live in Swinton & because they closed the Mexborough branch I have to tram all the way to Rotherham on public transport that I absolutely hate using!! Stop closing bank branches just because you want people using your app & online banking, what about your elderly customers that cannot use technology? or don't you care??!! I am sick to death of app this & app that, very soon human beings are going to be obsolete as AI will be taking over!!! Things should go back to how they were in the 80's when everything ran like clockwork & there wasn't an app in sight!!!!😡😡

Having had to sort my fathers account problems The staff at the Rotherham branch I found vey very helpful and treat my aged Dad with professionalism and care ,one staff purchasing herself a snack and a coffee for him I Thank the staff, a few names: Scott the manager, Joanne and Mandy and the lady of staff with coffee / snack . Thankyou welldone

Called in today very unprofessional kept calling me hun. You ok there hun? Have you got the the mobile app hun?Do what you want on tha app hun? If I'd wanted to do it on the app "hun" I wouldn't have called in.

Great bunch of staff but some keep going on about the on-line banking app. Are they deliberately trying to put themselves out of a job. I do not trust on-line banking and don’t ever want to use it, I’ve seen the trouble other people have trying to access it on their phones
