Absolutely disgusted. I booked different treatments as a spoil day which should've been 3.5hrs long but they ended up rescheduling and then completely rushed through the treatments and it only lasted 2h10mins. Don't bother wasting your time coming here, it's a complete waste of money. Not just rushing through treatments but also not doing the treatments properly. the place was utterly freezing and completely not setup for the treatments. It was super noisy from traffic, one of the staff watching random videos, a neighbour playing crazy bass. 100% regret going here and wish I hadn't wasted my money.

After 2 days and applying my sun cream the polish has come off my nails and you can see how they have been completely ruined. My nails were filed on top at the ends so thin that my small finger nails on both hands are very painful and sore.. Despite me asking whilst she was doing it to not go to short or thin...the beds have been filed down all my nails are paper thin. . Asked for a refund and the manager told me that I'd had a very good deal should have been £53 although on the treatwell app, I was quoted £46. I paid £40 to have my hands and toe nails ruined. The therapist needs more training Absolutely worse manicure I've ever had I can't believe that the young person who did it thought it acceptable to not even apologise or agree to me not paying for the awful service. I couldn't have been more shocked to be treated so badly.. Elite beauty is shocking.

I had a microdermabrasion treatment today. My therapist was really lovely and I was so relaxed during the treatment. It was very thorough and lasted longer than I expected. There were a number of actions and steps to the treatment before the machine was involved. The treatment finished with a 20 minute LED facial with a cold and refreshing sheet mask. I felt so fresh and revitalised afterwards. I would recommend to anyone thinking of booking a treatment here, you won’t be disappointed. Thank you so much 💕🫶🏻

Very nice clean and beautiful place, customer service was good. The staff took a long time in doing their work, an hour's pedicure took more than 2 hours, the hairdresser was very slow, not a smile on her face and didn't talk much. If your client has only got an hour to get her pedicure, etc done and you take so long, they will think twice before going back. Saying that I think and hope it's just an initial problems of any new place. I am hoping to go back for my massage and hope to get a relaxing, calming massage

Had a hair cut today, these guys make their own prices up in the book was different to what they charged me . When asked was told they are the Sheffield branch prices . Why have the book there then . Won't be going there again !!! Total Scam!!
