Avoid this company. Do not buy the Citroen DS . Took them 3.5 months to fix the car after I bought it for £3600 in June. It was under warranty which they said they would sort them selfs and repair. 3.5 months later they drop it back off , with more faults . They always lie about progress and go back on promises. If you do buy it check the engine numbers match up to the paperwork. Apparently it was just a wet belt change…. However when AA originally came they said looks like there is also engine damage. But surprise when I get it back the latch for the bonnet is broken so I can’t check. In the end I asked for a full refund as they were happy to pay for the new faults and breaks but I had to get it sorted . I was surprised I got the refund so that was the 1 star for the refund. Avoid!!!

Great service and very helpful. Friendly. Great deal on the exchange. Mom is very happy with her Volkswagen Tiguan. The car is in great condition. Highly recommend them. Would definitely buy from them again!

I can't even begin to express how much stress and anxiety this company has caused me. The vehicle was not safe from week one. There has been nothing but lies told to me, promises of a refund, to then constantly always be fobbed off. Every time i so much as think of sending a message or calling to try and sort this, i am filled with anxiety, and my HR goes to 160. I have been physically sick when dealing with them. All i can really say is, if you want an honest, respectful dealer, you WONT find it here. They dont care for your wellbeing, they dont care if they sell you a death trap, and they will do everything in their power to leave you struggling. I have given them plenty of opportunities to rectify all of this, holding off on posting a review in the hope they would sort it, and they have not. Our only options are to go through court now, with the abundance of evidence we have.
