Just want to say a huge thank you to Mark @ Mpd. He made the buying process extremely simple, I am really happy with my car. I was wary buying an older car (2010 but only 67k miles) as had issues recently with a vehicle bought from another dealership which I spent a lot of money on in a short space of time. Mark reassured me that if vehicles purchased from him are looked after he will happily take back in as part ex in the future, he brought the car to my doorstep, was generous with the sale & couldn’t fault anything throughout the whole process. I was in a very tight budget for a 2nd commuter car and found an old mini @ MPD. Mark was great through the whole experience. He was willing to look at the price and we agreed on what I think was a fare deal for both. Unfortunately after a few days there were a few things that needed sorting which is no fault of Mark and he was great in taking it back and sorting out the issues. You are likely to get these kinds of things with older cars so how the dealers react says a lot and I was perfectly happy and would recommend MPD.
What can I say, the best second hand car dealer I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Excellent service, car delivered to our door, good deal on our part exchange. Mark is a real gentleman can't imagine him acting any other way. The Mercedes we bought is immaculate just as described. If you see a car on their website don't hesitate to contact them. Highly recommended.
