Ron and the guys were all absolutely brilliant with me, they couldn’t do enough to ensure I was happy with everything. When I went to view the car I pointed out a few things that I wasn’t happy with which Ron sorted out within a couple of days happily with brand new parts. After picking up the vehicle and driving it for a week there was a couple more things that I pointed out to Ron over the phone, to which he said to bring it straight over to him, he didn’t have a courtesy car available so he gave me his own car to use while mine was again being fitted with all brand new parts! I could not have been happier with everything they have done for me throughout. I wish buying a car was as hassle free as this every time. Thankyou again Ron and the guys

Great description of car, delivered to my door clean and tidy, it even had half a tank of diesel in.

Bought a second hand Nissan Micra February 2025 & although it ended up needing a new few replacement parts, Ron his Nephew & Niece who I dealt with during the buying & mot process were friendly, accommodating & have an excellent approach to customer service going above & beyond for me. Thanks guys.

Very happy today. Bought a ford focus from Ronz through auto trader which did have problems straight away. It turns out the salesman had sold a third party car through his garage and it wasn't Ron's car but he has sorted out a full refund for it and come to North Wales himself to sort this out. I'm grateful we haven't lost out and Ron was a man of integrity and cared about his business's reputation enough that this put him out of pocket and not us the customers. Thank you

This is an overdue review, but I wanted to give it some time so I can have a solid review. Bought a Toyota Corolla in Feb 2024 (actually did a part exchange). The car radio was bad when I bought it and it took almost 2 months to get it fixed, I guess because I was persistent. It’s a long story, but eventually they paid partly for the car radio and paid for a bad exhaust back box too. I’ve had the car for 6 months now, and no issues at all. I have but almost 12,000 miles on it in 6 months. Solid car and good buy.
