Having recently passed my test and looking for my first car, I found it hard to get honest and reliable advice on what would suit my needs, having visited many other dealerships they just pushed a hard sell on me and didn't care what I wanted. Rotherham Motor Co. was a breath of fresh air, they left me to look around the cars and said to give them a shout if I had questions or needed anything. After getting all my questions answered with great detail I settled on a car, and they made the whole process easy and effortless as can be. I left with a good deal and a smile on my face. Cannot recommend them enough. The staff are friendly and helpful and they LISTEN to what you want, a rare find these days.

They were very helpful and answered all questions we had with great detail and attention. They listened to what we were looking for. They made sure the car was perfect before collection, with MOT and servicing. Excellent customer service! We would definitely recommend to others.
By far the worst around Rotherham. They specialise in extorting unsuspecting customers. Charge £60 just to check what the matter is with your car without prior notice, then go ahead to do nothing but still charge you for the time spent on diagnosing what the matter is, which is more like charging twice for the same thing. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND AVOID THEM!!!!!
Purchased a decent car at a very reasonable price last week. Had no problems with it whatsoever. They even replaced some of the trim in the car after i had already agreed to buy it as it was. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very happy with the service and would definitely recommend.
