2019 Iveco Daily van (reg YB69 KJN) returned due to issue with catalytic convertor/DPF pressure sensor - the engine management light came on the day after purchase. Estimate to repair this was circa £1800+VAT, so van was returned to seller for full refund. I hope this will all will be repaired prior to resale - I’m simply posting this so that potential buyers of this van can make an informed decision. The van was in good condition otherwise and drove well. Consistent communication with seller throughout.
Can only say I am delighted with the car I purchased. Everything went smoothly, nothing too much trouble. Delivered the car for me to Scotland, very pleasant courteous guy. Had my car checked over by my local garage, no problems with it at all. I highly recommend using them. Thankyou so much
Great down to earth sales and service. Plug in and diagnose faults and solve straight away. Used vehicles for all tastes and prices.
Just purely laid back excellent service, Rob was out with us measuring the vans to see what would fit our mountain bikes. He advised what was the best for our use and pointed out exactly what we were looking for. A pretty van not a work horse. On the day of collection I spoke to the owner and the young lady that worked there. Easy to talk to and straight to the point. Non of this sales office trying to sell you what you don’t want. A complete breath of fresh air when buying a vehicle. If you want more ask but if you don’t they won’t ask as simple as that. Straight down to earth Yorkshire folk…..it doesn’t get better than that.
Excellent service and after service. Honest, trustworthy people with excellent knowledge and expertise. We have purchased multiple vehicles over the last 9 months or so and all have been great value and faultless. Any queries are quickly responded to, even months after the purchase and they will go above and beyond to help with anything you might need.
