Enterprise Car & Van Hire - Rotherham

Good service, had to use after my car was written off while parked. Take a deposit for fuel, but give you an empty car on pick up. Spend an hour before taking it back trying to match the fuel level. Almost managed it, they got 20 miles out of me haha

I received a hire car from Enterprise (canklow) through my insurance. Lewis was absolutely brilliant, he explained everything to me and made sure I was happy with the car. He delivered top customer service when I picked the car up and dropped it off. The car was fantastic, it was clean and had everything that I needed. I was really sad to give it back. I am really happy with the service I received from Enterprise, and I recommend anyone to anyone. Thank you again Lewis

Not necessarily the Rotherham branch itself as they are only working towards enterprise policy. However, my husband booked a rental using debit card. We needed a car due to an issue with our own and already delaying our holiday. As it was bank holiday the office was shut so rang first thing on the next working to confirm a car was definitely available for us as I saw that customers have turned up and were informed that there isn't despite booking. Good job I did, as they would only accept a credit card which nobody in the family owns, therefore failed the credit check. Can't understand why this has become an issue as we've rented before on debit with no issues. The branch did advise we can receive a refund, however as reservation was online we had to request refund via general number. Still waiting 8 working days later, though informed it would be between 5-7 working days, so far leaving us £400 out of pocket. Edited: still waiting now on 11 working day. Being passed between departments. Representatives advising it's in process others advising it's not and there's no record. Branch advises as it was done online need to contact customer service number. Customer service number advises it's via the branch.

Rented multiple times this year from Enterprise Rotherham, each time I have rented a car the staff have been brilliant, helpful and the cars have been given to me as pristine as they can be - Drop off has always been easy too. 10/10 service from the Rotherham branch. All of them deserve recognition from Enterprise's corporate office.

I recently rented a car from Enterprise Canklow, throughout the whole process it was very simple. On picking the car up, the process and information given by Haq, the staff member I dealt with was really friendly. On returning the car was simple and efficient. I’ve always had great service using Enterprise in Canklow. Great service and staff always.
