Couldn't rate service highly enough, service from Tom Gibson was superb. I had to order parts from the website for local collection, parts came completely wrong. Tom went out of his way, above and beyond to assist me in getting the correct parts on the day, amending errors that were made with parts delivered from distribution and ensuring I got my parts whilst I was there. Having recently had a issue regarding a 15 day refund from a competitor for another part I was worried about delays in getting the parts I needed. Tom made sure the refund was made in the right way to not cost me more money than necessary and rang head office to ensure that I paid as little as possible extra to sort out the Web order screw up. Hes always very helpful but this time was a step above and beyond normal. I'd rate his service 6 stars if I could!

Staff were really helpful. I needed a booster pack to get my van running, called in at 9am and they didn't have what I needed in stock but they ordered it in for me and it was there by 12.30 the same day. Can't thank them enough

Have to take out half hour of your day to wait in the queue just to get seen. Not good!! Think you need some more staff guys.. other local parts shop have 3 people on the front desk ready and willing to help. Eurocarparts has 1 person on front desk trying to do 3 people's job at same time.. somethings needs to be done!

Nipped in to return a part for a refund and was stood waiting 15/20 minutes. One guy serving on the counter and the queue was just getting bigger. Eventually I got served because another member of staff appeared. Still not received my refund over 2 weeks later so I thought I’d phone to query it instead of wasting another half an hour or my life and it turns out there is no option at all to speak to anyone for general queries just new orders or existing orders so I’ll have to go back unfortunately.

I click and collected a Bosch rear windscreen wiper for my mini cooper at the Rotherham Barbot Hall branch, I went to collect it but unfortunately the wiper wasn't in stock, the gentleman (don't know his name) who served me just after 9am apologised but I said he didn't need to as it's no one's fault, just a system error, he got the wiper in for me a few hours later and refunded me the original price and gave it to me on trade. A huge thank you for this service, it is greatly appreciated!
