Parkgate Hand Car Wash

DO NOT GO HERE!!! DAMAGED CAR!! I took my car today for a mini valet - I first arrived and asked how much the valet was I was told it would be £30 which i didn’t want to pay so i said i would leave it. It was the knocked down to £20. They told me to leave my car and come back winton a hour. On return my car seemed to be parked up and fine. So I paid the £20. When I got into my car I noticed there were a car seat in the back of my car - I don’t have children so this was not mine. I asked told them the car seat wasn’t mine so they took in out of my car. Walking round the back of my car i noticed a mark under my boot- I opened my boot and saw a huge mark where the pain work had been taken off. I could see the black paint on the food and asked what had happened? The guy said he didn’t know - i told them it wasn’t like this before but they told me i’d just scratched it off. I told them that this had been done today and they disagreed. Two other men approached and started to say that they hadn’t done it. I was absolutely traumatised at the mess of my car and the way they completely disregarded me and what they had done. They didn’t even give me the £20 back that I had paid for the initial cost. Been a woman going alone this was an awful experience and I would advise that NOBODY goes there.

Really quick and a great price! The guys had a really efficient system going, and made sure the whole car was looking great. I’d definitely go again

Don’t bother doing a full valet, you will end up giving them free money for doing absolutely nothing. The management is completely useless and unable to guide the staff to be compliant. See photos below after full valet. Absolutely disgraceful. AVOID THIS PLACE

Took my car there today, was impressed how well the lovely audi was being cleaned in front of me, windows done inside and out, opened the boot and wiped all inside, as well as inside every door and sills, inside of windscreen done, black stuff put round the tyres.... got to my little corsa and they didn't care one bit, basic clean, nothing inside, boot never opened, nothing on tyres. Got home to find muck still round all bottom of car, smear marks on all windows. It seems only the nice new fancy cars get a decent clean, but I paid same price! Woman on my own so didn't feel comfortable confronting them.
