Amazing Experience! Highly Recommend! I recently visited RFT and had an incredible experience. Ali gave excellent advice on how to improve my posture and relieve tension. The massage itself was amazing—my muscles felt completely relaxed, and I left feeling so much better. I came in with persistent back pain and honestly didn’t expect such great results. From the first visit, the therapist really listened, explained what was causing the pain, and tailored the massage to my needs. my back felt noticeably better and my mobility improved a lot. The atmosphere is calm and professional, and I always left feeling relaxed and relieved. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone dealing with back pain or muscle tension.

Highly recommend!!! I had a stiff shoulder and in one session Ali managed to get it back to how it should be, his service is 10/10 and he takes his time nothing is rushed. I also had muscle scrapping done that’s helped me feel less tensed and more relaxed. I will definitely be coming back

What an experience. Ali was so welcoming and accommodating from the start. Going out of his way to make me feel comfortable and settled. Beyond knowledgeable and experienced in every way possible and helped beyond words with the problems I had been struggling with for such a long time. Explaining all the steps and processes I would need to follow in my day to day life. 10/10 would recommend and will most certainly be making it apart of my routine and recovery going forward.

I just had treatment done for my posture and knee and I would like to thank Ali for treating me. I had this issue for over a year and considering that my lifestyle revolves around being on my feet all day i had to get it treated. What Ali did is he diagnosed the problem straight away and he walked through with me on what he was going to do when treating the issue. I have been to many chiropractors and physios and I can fully vouch to anyone that Ali is your guy and he will try his best to treat you. He made sure I was happy with the treatment before leaving and that if i feel any better from before. Overall, Ali is a top lad and i recommend him to anyone who has any sort of issue whether its posture correction, hip misalignment, knee issues Ali is your guy.
