I came in with persistent back pain and honestly didn’t expect such great results. From the first visit, the therapist really listened, explained what was causing the pain, and tailored the massage to my needs. my back felt noticeably better and my mobility improved a lot. The atmosphere is calm and professional, and I always left feeling relaxed and relieved. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone dealing with back pain or muscle tension.
Got booked in for muscle scraping, deep tissue massaging and cupping. Felt amazing after and muscles felt greater than ever. 100% would recommend for recovery in general and sports recoveries. Best in the business, look forward to the next session!
What an experience. Ali was so welcoming and accommodating from the start. Going out of his way to make me feel comfortable and settled. Beyond knowledgeable and experienced in every way possible and helped beyond words with the problems I had been struggling with for such a long time. Explaining all the steps and processes I would need to follow in my day to day life. 10/10 would recommend and will most certainly be making it apart of my routine and recovery going forward.
