Very bad experience with the ParcelForce. I’ve never experienced such incompetence or lack of care from a company. It’s ridiculous that I even have to chase you for something that should have been handled properly the first time. I did send my parcel on 5 Oct 2025 with 48 Hours Service It's still in the Rotherham Parcelforce. They are not sending back to the senders I did mention all details on the parcel.
Where to start?! The delivery driver didn’t leave parcel in a safe place as requested. The app is atrocious. Currently at the depot attempting to collect my parcel. Nobody behind the counter, pressed the bell as directed, still nobody turns up. Ghost town… There is every chance that I’m still stood here when you read this. Update.. after waiting over an hour the parcel couldn’t be found and my details were taken. The parcel was delivered today and, to give credit where credit is due, the delivery driver was extremely apologetic and was already aware of the issues I’d experienced. There is obviously a systemic issue with the company judging by other reviews but at least there are a few employees who try their best!
This is the worst parcel experience I have ever had. The tracking history is a complete fabrication of events, resulting in unacceptable delays. 1. False Hold: The delivery service placed an unsolicited "Item Retention" hold on my parcel, causing the initial delay, despite me making no such request. 2. False Attempt: They then claimed "Delivery Attempted - No Answer," which is a lie. I was home all day, and no attempt was made, nor was a card left. 3. Failed Promise: After requesting collection, they promised redelivery "the next working day," which also failed to happen. My parcel is now significantly delayed and the tracking system is completely unreliable. Avoid using this service if you need a reliable, honest delivery.
Parcel Force delivery site in Rotherham should be closed down in its entirety!! Express 24hr not delivered. I was tracking it online and waiting for it to be delivered at the delivery address. Then the tracking suddenly changed to failed attempted delivery, no safe place. NO ONE came and no card left I had taken the day off and was waiting for the delivery! I am so very angry. Parcel Force employee has obviously lied! I sincerely think they need to employ some honest staff!! I have raised a complaint and will not stop until I get a very full-some answer!!
Awful company, never had a smooth delivery with them or Royal Mail. Tried to deliver my package but I wasn’t in, said on my red card I needed to choose a redelivery date, which I did. They sent it back to Rotherham saying I had to pay customs fees which I have already paid a week ago. Took forever to find a number to ring, once I got through, they told me they’d get rid of the customs fee glitch and I’ll be emailed the updates. I’ve received nothing and it still says I have to pay customs again on the tracking. I went onto the customs page and it said I’ve already paid, tried to change my delivery date, won’t let me because I’ve already updated it to a day that’s already passed. Tried ringing them again today, it’s taken 9 attempts at ringing them to get through and I still haven’t got my package
