My children have recently started receiving treatment here. The staff are lovely, especially Jake who is very welcoming and made an effort to speak to not only me but my children. My daughter especially was particularly nervous but he reassured her and made her feel more comfortable.
My daughter is coming to the end of her treatment here and I can honestly say we'll miss coming. The care here has been outstanding, nothing is too much trouble. The ladies on reception really are the loveliest you'll ever meet. My daughter enjoys chatting with the team on her visits.
Exceptional service! All staff have always been friendly and polite. Throughout, we have been given information of how to care for braces and consulted regarding choices of treatment at every stage. Lots of on going care information provided. Thank you Caroline and team
I have my Braces scheduled for fitting on 24th June, so far the service has been amazing. I was walked through all my options with Carly as I am a private patient and she answered all of the concerns I had with regard to my future treatment, then I was taken through my treatment plan with Tania and her team! Absolutely 1st class service! Would 100% recommend to anyone that is considering private treatment as the staff have all been exceptional. Cannot wait for my treatment to start!
I’d have no hesitation in recommending myorthodontist Rotherham; the team are always welcoming, happy, polite and professional. We’re kept well informed about what to expect during my son’s treatment, am never kept waiting beyond my appointment time and the facilities there are immaculate.
