I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the outstanding care my mum received from Dr Cappuccio at our local GP practice. In a time when it can feel increasingly rare to experience such genuine, attentive care, this doctor truly went above and beyond. She took the time to listen carefully to everything my mum had to say, showed real compassion and understanding, and made her feel heard and respected throughout the appointment. Nothing felt rushed, and it was clear that she genuinely cared about helping as much as she possibly could. The level of professionalism, kindness, and dedication she showed made a huge difference and left a lasting positive impression on us both. We are extremely grateful for the amazing service provided and would highly recommend her to anyone seeking a doctor who truly puts their patients first.

Rang last week mid day and waited 10mins to get through to be told a routine appt bookings are at the of December. Rang this morning 40 times and didn't even get through to " you are the 100th person in the queue" answer machine......in my 40 years of using NHS GP services, this booking system has to be the worse I've come across. Will be raising a concern with CQC & local health authority as we all should do in the community, as this practice is too big, and reading other reviews, it's not providing adequate access to it's pts and users, is not taking it's pts wishes and concerns on board, it's not responsive to pt needs, it's not an effective service and doesn't seem well led. Just taking large lumps of NHs funding for what?

Caroline nurse is so lovely she makes you feel comfortable I hate needles and having blood taken they can never find a vain and I am so relived when i see its her because she knows how I feel and makes me feel relaxed. Shes so lovely and always seems to take it on first attempt ive had such terrible experiences in the past and it makes me have anxiety thank you caroline x

After 27 years of being that this doctors I tried to change my address after picking up some medication due to stress and ended up being greeted to a woman who came out with a smile on her face as she told me they’ve cancelled me from that doctors and I have 28 days to find another then that’s that all because of about 1 mile difference. didn’t even bother helping me look for another local to me, just shrugged it off and looked pleased about it. If I could give less stars then I would. Morale of the story; went in with stress and came out with more stress.

Not even sure how this is considered a GP. Rang up at 8am and got a “user busy” message. Rang up another 46 times and still the same. When I finally got though, all appointments have been booked - after being told by a receptionist on Friday that I need an appointment. Absolutely awful and I’m moving surgeries because I can’t even get a phone call back that doesn’t result in me asking for an appointment. Can’t even access the online appointment system. Wish I’d have stayed at my old practice.
