Dr A Cole - Woodstock Bower Group Practice

This is the most unorganised doctors I’ve ever known. Every time I call I am met with brashness and a terrible level of customer service. The most frequent issue I find is lack of communication. I changed medication and it changed my prescription type. Not once was I informed. It changed from a repeat prescription to an acute prescription, the acute prescription needs to be signed off by a doctor which I was told needs an appointment. All of this I found out when I tried to get it at my chosen pharmacy and they had no idea what prescription I was talking about. The pharmacy I had chosen also told me they don’t cover my post code anymore, apparently it was the doctors responsibility to tell me and this never happened. I have now gone to pick up my medication at my pharmacy to be told Woodstock Bower never actually created it, never mind sent it to the pharmacy. I called Woodstock Bower yesterday to confirm my prescription was sent and my medication was there and I was told it was. I am constantly left disappointed and down-right angry and am seriously considering changing doctors as I have had enough of being ignored and spoken to like a child.

Can never get an appointment. When you do the receptionist books you in for the wrong thing. Terrible service been waiting over three hours due to staff error and they wouldn't apologize
