Dr S Kacker - Broom Valley Medical Centre

Cannot speak more highly of this surgery. Today I had a terribly anxious situation with my terminally ill mother and within an hour this was resolved through the help and kindness of this surgery. The receptionist put me straight through to a lovely gentleman who was able to speak to a doctor and organise a call out via Macmillan. The doctor then phoned me back to reassure me that matters were in hand. My mum is now at ease and so am I - thank you so much to all the staff for being there and reiterating their support in the future. Fully recommend.

Stood waiting in rain for 10 mins then when finally get an answer at the door, the reception staff were rude and abrupt. Over the phone, when the appointment was booked, I was told I was allowed to wear a visor to my appointment due to my medical conditions making wearing a mask difficult, and this is what I do for every appointment. However today when I arrived the receptionist argued with me about this, then asked a fellow receptionist and she too began arguing with me too. Handed me a mask and refused to let me in if I didn’t put it on. When I was allowed inc I waited 35 minutes in the reception for my appointment. I completely understand running late, having to clean everything between patients, etc but 35 mins is ridiculous. Appalling service. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Received a telephone call after booking my appointment and must say how fantastic my medical student 'Harry' and Dr Langmead, I was asked to come into surgery to be examined after a spate of problems since March of this year, part of the Kimberworth Park Medical Centre too, all staff have shown excellent service and recommend the both practices, I went in worrying and came out reassuring. Thank you so so much for your care

Google needs to update opening times it's saying opening today while 6pm. I rang at opening time to listen to a voice message "this surgery is closed please ring back the next working day "
