Shakespeare Road Medical Centre

I had a really great experience with Shakespeare Road Medical Centre. I contacted them about a painful ear infection and was helped incredibly quickly. The staff were friendly, efficient, and made me feel listened to and well cared for. I really appreciated how promptly everything was handled and how reassuring the whole process was. Thank you to the team for such excellent care.

Even I don’t want to give one star. Very rude staffs, because of that most of time going to hospitals and waiting 3- 4 hrs. I really don’t understand there is lots of complaints about them still nobody is taken any actions and still they have rude behavior. They if they are rude or arrogant nobody touches them. We patients are facing problems because of these people.

I left this appointment felling disrespected n hurt I expected professional care but instead I was met with condescending language atone that felt unnecessary rude this doctor was more interested in showing off than actual helping no one should leave a medical appointment felling worse than they arrived.. Shame shame on u Jananzeb Ali with yr stupid anger issues… u can never be my Doctor again

I'm been with them for few years now,I ALMOST never had problems. Says call back at 8am, what I do and wait my turn and most of times I get appointment same day. Amazing with kids, always surprises me with how nice and careful they are with kids. Receptionists always lovely, understanding and supportive . Thank you for your amazing job. Xx

Been at this practice 9 years and the service has been declining to the point now I'm moving me and my family. Rude unhelpful reception staff. When I try to explain why I need the appointment they cut you off mid sentence with a rude comment. No appointments are ever on the NHS app to book. when iv explained I need an appointment with a date to book of work to bring my child in they continued saying its not possible. Explained advice that a clinician gave me to make the appointment for my child and why but cut off mid sentence saying "that's not what iv asked and If I couldn't make the appointment at 8am to get someone to do this on my behalf" after a long long phone call finally booked me a date a month later! Agree with other reviews not very clean and ran down but not had a problem with the doctors when I do get chance to see one
