Nurse Sue was absolutely amazing. She made me feel calm and reassured from the moment I walked in. She explained everything clearly, was patient, and had such a warm and comforting manner. Her kindness and professionalism made the whole experience so much easier. I’m really grateful for the care she provided.
Only go to doctors when very desperate and feeling medically vulnerable. Looking for advice having already been to Pharmacy and bought items. This was after surgery a week ago in hospital. I came away feeling stupid and frustrated having been spoken to in the way l was. The issue was resolved but really question the manner of dealing with patients? Did get a smile from receptionist who did help.
Took my concerns seriously, referral sent promptly and Dr Hussain was a very empathetic person. Best and most efficient GP practice I’ve been to. Receptionists were very friendly too!
I've finally had my fill of this practice and I'm seriously considering joining another surgery. I had a series of falls in November 2024 which left me unable to walk, at first they couldn't do enough for me but it soon became apparent that wasn't the case at all. 1. No B12 jab due to not being able to attend for bloods (never had check up bloods since diagnosis in 2018/19) 2. Had the house bound team out to access me and putting in my notes that I couldn't walk (suddenly this can't be found in my notes .. shocker) 3.physio never been in contact after the first phone call, I've got as far as I have through plain stubbornness. 4.final straw I phone up today asking to speak to someone due to me being asthmatic and coughing up thick green phlegm only to be told the doctor wants a face to face which under normally wouldn't be a issue but .. I'm just getting to where I can stand unaided. Their response? Ring 111 and speak to them.. did NHS 111suddenly become my GP? Sort yourselves out and fetch Dr Brynes back!
I have been struggling with this surgery since I moved over here, I have a condition that is causing me pain every day, the surgery have not once seen me over this just a phone call, They referred me to a specialist in what should have been may last year, to find out upon chasing that they hadn’t sent it and it was only sent in November. I keep chasing them on the triage site but i am constantly being ignored. When my referral finally comes through i will most definitely be leaving this surgery
