We moved overseas and will be completing the sale of our house tomorrow through Bartons Estate Agents, Rotherham. Teresa and Harriet and the team at Bartons were exceptional in helping us navigate the process. With being away from the area, Teresas' swift response, transparency and Roys' checking in and clarifying aspects has made what could be a herculean task much easier. Would recommend to anyone!

Made our collecting of keys feel as though we may have well as deromanticised collecting our keys. Walked in, no hamper nothing, just a is this “NAME” and then here’s your keys in a white envelope, bye. Couldn’t have been less transactional if they tried. Could make it more special for buyers. Just because you see completion near enough everyday doesn’t mean individuals move everyday, this is an infrequent or even once in a lifetime. Make it special for people!

We recently bought our first home through Barton’s and I couldn’t recommend them enough! Especially Georgina, she was so helpful and nothing was ever too much. She answers emails fast and is an all round lovely lady, we couldn’t have done the process without her as it’s very overwhelming for the first time but she was fab! And Dave and Faye were amazing help with our mortgage too. Thank you everyone!
