The worst agency, when something goes wrong in the apartment, they are absolutely clueless and have no use or help at all.

i am the director of a property management co y,a,b are letting agents for one of the flats the fire assement recently done meant there were certain things i needed information on after a lengthy battle i got info on smoke alarms but main door onto communal stairway and one window still battling for the answers 2 very important items yet no information forthcomeing

YAB staff were very supportive and understanding during my move. Ali trusted me and recommended me to the team, boom 💥. The move was smooth and less stressful. The team was excellent. Thank you Ali, Naz, Aneeka and to everyone that made my life easier during the move.

This is the worst agency I have ever dealt with! They have absolutely no regard for tenants’ well-being and are solely focused on making money off hardworking people. I was supposed to move in on my agreed move-in date, but upon receiving the keys, I discovered the flat was in an appalling condition—specifically, the flooring was in terrible shape. I had no choice but to return the keys and reschedule my move-in date. The property was left in a completely unacceptable and indecent condition. Despite countless complaints, the agency repeatedly claimed they would “speak to the landlord,” but nothing was ever done. I had to cancel my work shifts three times just for the agency to come and inspect the flat. They only bothered to show up on the third attempt, promising the issues would be fixed—but that was yet another empty promise. It’s been over six weeks now, and I still haven’t received any communication about my deposit or a resolution. They now expect me to pay for a flat that wasn’t even properly maintained or repainted before I moved in! I’ve requested evidence, such as pictures of the flat, and they still refuse to cooperate.they. Had giving me a dead sofa tonhabe in my living room and I had requested not wanting it only to find out if have to pay £50 to get it out which was ridiculous This agency has caused me immense stress and trauma. I always paid my rent on time—well before the due date—and yet I’ve been treated with utter disrespect. The staff are incredibly rude, and Aneeka in particular promised to address my concerns but did absolutely nothing. This entire experience has been a nightmare, and I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. Avoid this agency at all costs!

I have been with YAB for 3 1/2 years and have always found them to be nothing but very helpful at all times. When I have run into any problems they have been speedy to resolve them. The staff are very professional and always polite and willing to go that extra mile to help you. I amvery disappointed to be moving to a different agency. I wish all the best to all the staff at YAB.
