On behalf of our family we sincerely thank Bartholemew and sons and all the staff for your kindness, professionalism and support after our beautiful boy Owen died. Your compassionate services honoured Owens life. We particularly valued your attention to detail especially in the early stages gently navigating us and presenting us with options throughout. Your guidance and empathy eased a very difficult time for our family. We took great comfort knowing Owen was in your care. We have never had to plan a funeral before and we had no idea where to begin, we would most definitely recommend James and his team to anyone. Every detail you handled with such care allowed us to focus on honouring our dad’s memory and supporting one another. You treated Dad with dignity and treated our family with genuine kindness. We will never forget the respect you showed, the comfort you offered and the way you made a difficult day feel a little more bearable. Thank you for helping us say goodbye in a way that truly reflected who our dad was. We are deeply grateful.

I cannot thank the team and Bartholomew & Sons enough, in particular Matt who was a huge support to myself during the process of losing my dad and planning his funeral service. As a young adult who had no idea what to do, Matt guided me through every step of the process. I am forever grateful for the kindness of Matt and the team and their professionalism. I truly felt looked after and that my dad too was looked after and completely at peace whilst in their care. A huge thank you again for everything you do.

Sadly when my father in law died at home , the Co-Op told me they had a back and could not come and pick him up for a few hours. I contacted James, at Bartholomews , explained everything and came within half an hour. They were sensitive, kind and very understanding. Nothing was too much trouble. We arranged to see him in the Chapel, again they were so helpful. Cannot fault them for the best service again. 🙏 Thank you.

We would just like to thank John and the Team for the kindness/compassion and efficiency shown at this very sad time after my lovely mum passed away. John very kindly arranged everything very quickly due to my brother and family been over from Canada. Thank you again for everything.
