A big thank you to Graham, Amanda, Jules and the whole team at Rotherham Co-op Funeral care, Doncaster Rd. You went above and beyond in your care of our beloved stepdad and grandad. From the beginning to end you kept us informed and everything was done in a very professional yet caring way. From the beautiful flowers (brights for an avid gardener) to the last minute change to the order of service, Crematorium slideshow and liaison with the vicar for the church service, then onto crematorium everything happened as planned and made the day very personal and comforting at a difficult time. The Co-op Funeralcare on Doncaster road in Rotherham dealt with us and the care of my dad after he passed away. They were kind, friendly, empathetic, understanding and thoughtful throughout the process. They kept us up to date with proceedings every step of the way and we will be forever grateful for their help and support. Ian and Melissa are the two staff members i dealt with and both were amazing. They took personal details of dad and what kind of man he was with information of his family and interests so that staff have a little insight into the man they were caring for. This for me was exceptional and gave me comfort that he wasn’t just another number but a person who is worthy even after he passed away. I will be forever grateful x

We have just had the funeral for our baby granddaughter who was born asleep. Graham and the team were so wonderfully helpful and compassionate, they sorted everything out for us. Also the ladies in the office were so lovely too, nothing was too much trouble. It was a very emotional day and they helped us all as a family to give Jessica a special day. We can't thank them enough
