The garage took the work on at a moments notice, understood the urgency of the work required and what it meant to my personal situation. They charged me a reasonable price for the work given the time constraints and the short notice. Talked me through the work that had been done, any additional work they would advise in the future as a preventative/maintenence job and kept the old parts for when I turned up so I could see first hand exactly what needed changing and why. Very professional. I would use this garage again and will be returning in the new year for a few more bits to keep my car going. Thanks guys.
Thank you so much to Ryan for fitting me in so last minute! We found TMS using Book My Garage and the process of booking took less than 5 minutes. I was able to select an appointment for the following day despite booking at 6pm the previous evening. Within the next 5 minutes I was contacted by Ryan to confirm my appointment and was able to pick a time slot to suit me. Ryan was extremely friendly and accommodating. The MOT was completed in less than half an hour and I was able to wait at the garage whilst it was done. The garage was easy to find and I would 100%recommend TMS to friends and family!
Took my car in at beginning of September. Ryan had the car for 2 days and done a full service and wet timing belt done. Brilliant price and did a good job. Would definitely recommend to anyone. Such a friendly bloke and keeps you up to date. Would definitely go back again 🙂
Absolute pleasure to deal with Ryan. He's efficient, knowledgeable and very friendly. Had sorted my MOT and was able to fit me into wheel alignment, without prior agreement, and charged what I'd consider a very reasonable amount! Will be coming back, from now on :) Thank you!
Left it a while to make sure all was working okay before reviewing and forgot, but several months later and my car has been better than ever. Ryan was able to get me in the same day, order a part and get the work done in a quicker timescale than he originally quoted, was very friendly, professional and fairly priced. Would 100% recommend and use again :)
